That could be construed as a negative ad, so I doubt it. Both candidates have been very good at keeping the advertisements about their own message. If Bernie had a chance at the GE though, that commercial would be everywhere.
Hillary's speaking skills are not better than Bernie's, not when it comes to election speeches, Bernie knows how to wrap up things and how to get to the point in easier terms, how to quickly advance through a thought. Hillary usually either rambles or says something logical, but under the terms of this year's GE, if trump is the candidate, logic WON'T get her very far.
Bernie pauses for just a few seconds too long tho and that can be unsettling.
