In the preview where Connor is missing they are seeing a paper/laptop or most likely the new guy since I don't see them being shocked or sad.

I think she is trying to help him. The note was about to fire his lawyer and call a phone number. The phone number is probably a lawyer that will be acting under her instructions.

The camera is recording whatever they are saying in there so, Annalise can't just reveal she wants to help nate... he's the killer of her husband. It would be very suspicious to the police.

Basically, she's telling nate to not worry she got his back and play along "indirectly" of course.

My guess is Rebecca is going to commit suicide. Either they find out it was her but when they arrive at that door to arrest her, she's dead or they find out something crucial about Lila's killer and Rebecca is the only one who can confirm or deny is they are right.

Imo, either Bonny, Rebecca or FRANK killed Lila. I'm calling it now.

The first episode is about Annalise defending a priest for killing another priest so that's possibly why?

I think they're church because of the priest case they're taking on in that episode.

I wanna take my ultimate guess now and say Rudy killed Lila and Rebecca knew the entire time as does Nate. Sam was just a red herring afterall.
