It's pretty clear that the remaining newcomers are Dr Mario, Dark Pit, Duck Hun Dog and Bowser Jr.
Why wouldn't the ESRB leak contain all the characters when they are reviewing them?
This is a good, thought provoking question. I don't know why it'd be like that but there's still 2 decisive evidence pieces. The leaker didn't have allstar mode which means he didn't have all the characters yet, and it just doesn't make sense at all for the character selection screen to be left off that uneven.
Did anyone else notice that Rosalina not only punched out Daisy, but she (technically) punched out Ice Climbers too?
They were removed from the game and she stole their companion niche. Poor dat.

And wouldn't the Ice Climbers essentially require the same processing power as Rosalina & Luma or Olimar?

A Smashboards mod who apparently has a good reputation and contacts with leakers (I wouldn't know but others are all about him) has said that the leaked roster is not final...If this is true, the end of the week could get really interesting.
I would guess there is still a chance for Wolf. If he isn't part of the roster, I would guess he'd be upcoming DLC.

I love how they changed Olimar's name to Alph. Hopefully they do the same with Daisy.
