Why did he lie about what the Lo stadio European Tour was like? Unless the media have picked him up wrong.
I thank God that we're getting the Stadium tour filmed at San Siro instead of at his European tour as this tour looks a mess compared to the full stadium tour.
I think he simply changed his mind, he said it would be different right after the stadium tour. I guess he later realized there was no need to change a great show, especially since he'd be singing the same songs.
Tiziano was thinking of postponing or cancelling the next few concerts because of the Paris attacks, but I don't think he's sure of whether to do this or not.

He's gonna piss a lot of people if he pospones/cancels some dates
"The truth is that it's not right.
Music has always helped me in the worst times and that's why music shouldn't stop.
To reflect, to be together, to move forward, without any fear.
This is what I think. With love and support. See you there...!"
It's up to him, I can see why he didn't cancel the next few concerts as I think he would upset his fans, and he makes a point when he says that the music shouldn't stop, so I commend his decision.
I think the fans would understand though, some are scared to go themselves because they threatened to strike in Rome. And I'm sure Milan is a big target as well.
I think he's the only artist who hasn't cancelled their tour because of the Paris attacks, the Foo Fighters have cancelled the rest of their tour and U2 have cancelled their appearance in Paris tonight.
