I seriously think it's funny that the one time she does something that everyone here asked her to and that the general public will probably eat up, her fans want to destroy her. For the record, I am not saying it's the best video ever. But by god, she managed to capture the feeling and purpose of that song in that video, and I hope some of you come to realize that.

The video worked well with the song. I would have been disappointed if this was the video to something like Scheisse or Hair. I think it is a great video. If I were famous, this would be the one Gaga video I would try my hardest to imitate. Something about it.

But I think Gaga took matters into her own hands and made the video of her DREAMS, Her, making a music video where she was born, in the streets of New York, THAT was her dream. and she was not afraid of what others thought of the video.

The lack of anything resembling a storyline ties in with the twitter rumour that they shelved Day 1 of the video shoot which was the concept stuff, and just went with the Day 2 footage, which was her solo stuff originally intended only to be inserted into a wider video.
