I just realized. They took Woo Hoo off of the album and basically sold it to BTR just because the majority of it got leaked, but they are completely fine with tacking Only Wanna Dance With You on the album.

I think they took it off because it didn't flow well with the rest of the album, tbh.
To be faster at voting: You can use multiple clicking to vote more. Click on the vote button as quick as you can until it says “Thank you for voting!”. Once that message appears, you'll have to refresh the page and vote the same way again and again.
