No, voting was always the case, but I've seen (and kinda always knew) that it could end up being a bad idea… so consider this a last ditch effort to abolish the notion.
This is the dilemma: either we go to "voting" like we've always done and let the public decide (which means that the score you received would mean nothing other than you belonging to the bottom two) or I reveal whom scored over whom and whoever did goes straight to the finale and the challenge can be up by tonight…
So, "let the scores decide and have the challenge tonight" or "go to voting and have the challenge two days from now"?
