My copy of Strangers by Marissa Nadler came. Kind of considering investing in a cassette player so I can play the demo tape that came with it. The packaging is so pretty, whew. Y'all should check out the album if you haven't already.

Is this in HMV? Did you find out it was £4 from a list online somewhere?
+ if you have your receipt can't you just return it and buy it again
So I just tried to play my FROOT 7'' boxset for the first time (I usually play my 12'' vinyl, didn't want any scratches on my boxset vinyl). However, the hole in one of the 7'' vinyl is too small, which results in the vinyl just being stuck on my record player without spinning
It's worth just going to your own HMV as the stock varies per store. There's a few gems here and there, like Madonna's American Life for £12.99, Florence's HBHBHB for £9, a few random soundtracks for £7-£10, etc.

Keep putting the record on the deck until it loosens. I've had that many times and have had to use a knife in the centre to make it less tight.
