Umm no there have only like 20 #1 debuts since 1995 and some of them were by Taylor Hicks, Clay Aiken, Fantasia...
Not everyone can have a #1 debut

I still don't think Katy is going to debut at #1 because she'll probably debut on this week's chart since she's getting so much airplay.

What's with the last kworb update? It has Part of Me at 0.9856 tho it shows as #1 on itunes?
