The only way he doesn't win is if the juries gives him low points.
I believe whoever gets the #2nd highest televotes will win. The juries will probably have ISA, Molly, Oscar, Wiktoria & Robin as their top 5 (not in that order).

Televoters will vote for Frans as #1.. but hopefully the juries give him a low score.

Years there were no clear winner:
2011: #1 got 23,7% of the televotes (ended up first) #3 in ESC
2013: #1 got 21,7% of the televotes (ended up second) didn't win Melodifestivalen
2014: #1 got 25,8% of the televotes (ended up first) #3 in ESC

However;
2012: Loreen got 32,7% of the televotes (won ESC)
2015: Måns got 35,1% of the televotes (won ESC)

So based on the hype, Frans should be in the span 21,7-25,8%
So between 75-122 points.
