They do moderately well in the US if they smashed worldwide. Most recently I'm thinking, La La La, Rather Be, Ghost etc. They didn't exactly smash hard in the US but they did decently even though they were huge in other places.

Well hopefully Canada supports it then. Unless the song meets CanCon requirements, we tend to copy the US. Which is why This Kiss started out strong in Canada, and then all stations dropped it suddenly all at once.

They also ignored even bigger smashes from All Good Things (Come To An End) to The Ketchup Song.

This has no chance to be a hit there, people were done with her right after "Call Me Maybe" if not even the MV helped there, then i don't know what could help her. It might still have chance to be some kind of hit worldwide but is not happening in the states anytime soon.

I wouldn't write this off stateside until after SNL. Things obvs don't look good now but she still has a huge promo spot coming up that could definitely give this a good bump.

I'm just baffled as to why radio is being so goddamn cautious with this. Like, even like Nicole Scherzinger songs have an easier time getting radio play. I have no idea why no one is spinning it at ALL.
