I can honestly see myself liking this more than 1989 tbh. I love 1989 because of IWYW, Wildest Dreams, Style, This Love, and Clean but there are already songs I hear from the snippets that are 10x better than it. IMHO, Emotion deserves the Grammy and no I'm not being biased because 1989 is an amazing modern pop album.

As someone who loves 1989, E•MO•TION is all 1989 could've been. 1989 was a bit all over the place sonically, and the 80s influence didn't come through; Carly is serving a cohesive experience for us all.
