I'd doubt they'd pass up the opportunity for Ke$ha to fight for the top 2012 summer anthem spot with her lead single, especially since none of the other current major pop girls are really putting out any competition for her (Katy's potential second single options from TDCC aren't really summer anthem material). I fully expect a late May lead single release and the album in the early Fall (with a second single released right before the album).
It's really a perfect plan.
