Average stats are around 90 it has over 100 base speed and over 90 base Sp. Attack. IT is a suicide lead or glass canon obviously but those can exist in OU.
Who would use it against Excadrill tho. That would be one of the dumbest moves ever

It has a 93% or something accurate Thunder though, and it's better now since Weather got nerfed. And people have no choice but to use it as their Sticky Web setter (not counting Smeargle), so he will slay.
Sticky Web is amazing but yeah I wish more Pokémon could use it. Galvantula will be the best user of it and will most likely end up OU because of that, but it's definitely frail. At least it has Volt Switch, 91%~ accuracy Thunder & Bug Buzz to go with it.
