As usual I made a good point, but I did it in a flop movie thread and it deserves to be seen so I'm reposting it here:
Chris Pratt feels like this generation's white Will Smith. When Will, coming off of Fresh Prince, punched hard with Bad Boys (95), Independence Day (96) and Men In Black (97) back to back. Will was also kinda talented but not really (and mostly one-note) but people said "Oh but who cares, he's CHARISMATIC! He's leading man material! The public loves him! Look at those grosses!"
