The average person wouldn't automatically think it is the lead single, and Gucci themselves, said that the advert included new Beyonce music. I don't think they will have 2 songs out at the same time, especially if they say come back March 12th for more information.
But, the new music could just be the "instrumental." Regardless, I think we will hear that on album 5. So far, we have heard two new striking instrumentals for the album, and both sounding VERY different. This is exciting.
