The song that's heard first always gets paid dust in the end. Usually takes a few years before it comes back into good graces. Formation is one of the better songs on the album imo. Sorry better become a single too

"Drunk in Love" and "Partition" both sounded like instant smashes.

Daddy Lessons could be a pop single IMO. its fun[ny] and has strong melodies straight throughout. a nice Ex's and Oh's type of slay but I agree that there are no certain hit singles [minus the surefire urban smashes] on the album. Which is fine since as that's not her aim anymore lol.
