I hate being restricted to watching some Ke$ha videos because I live outside the US. I really want to watch her Nashville Shoot video, the Chimes Of Freedom Interview etc. but it wont let me because I simply don't live in the USA.

Download a program called Hotspot Shield. When it's activated, it uses an American IP address.
I haven't used it in a while, but that's how I used to always watch blocked videos.
