Cara Delevingne performs on SMAPxSMAP
603 Words
After long weeks of promotion in the US, in the UK and France, Cara Delevingne's promotion for her singles 'La Belle' and 'Honey' along with her album 'Distant Horizon' moves on to Japan, where Cara Delevinge has yet to do any sort of promotion, besides the call she gave NHK Radio a few weeks ago. Cara Delevingne appeared on the very popular Japanese TV show SMAPxSMAP, on which she answered a few questions and performed a few songs, taken from her brand new album 'SUCKER" which features the previous smash single 'Boom Clap' and the other single 'Break The Rules' along with the current single 'Sucker' which sounds like a smash. Cara Delevingne alone was a big event as fans gathered at Tokyo Narita, the main airport of the city to welcome the worldwide superstar who just released her brand new album 'Distant Horizon', which is also her second album. Wearing a black crop top and pink jeans shorts Cara signed autographs while the fans screamed with excitement."Cara Delevingne is HUGE in Japan, after the release of her album last week she just needed to fly over across the Pacific to get to Japan, even a few small promotional appearances will give her a major boost" said Variety Records CEO Rayan. Her debut album and all her officially released singles went number 1 in Japan so far, let's see if 'Honey' will continue the chain.
Cara Delevingne wore pastel blue overall outfit with black Christian Louboutin simple heels for her arrival to the show and wore a yellow top with a oversized bow on it's back along with a white large skirt that stopped right before Cara's knees during the interview. Cara discussed multiple topics, here's an excerpt of the transcript:
Host: Welcome to Japan, how do you find the country Cara?
Cara: Oh from what I've seen so far it's beautiful. The fans are amazing over here too! It's nice to see that my music is appreciated in such a beautiful place.
Host: So you have a brand new album out! Along with it is the hit single 'La Belle' and the brand new single 'Honey', can you explain to us what both songs are about?
Cara: Well, 'La Belle' is about jsut being as fierce as possible, trying to just be above all the hate your getting and winning, 'Honey' is a sex song where I 'Honey' basically represents semen.
Host: You've been constantly by the media all around the world including here in Japan, some people can barely manage to live through some criticizing, how do you do to brush them off? How do you push away all the hatred?
Cara: Well it's really just that I try to focus on everything that's positive in my life, especially my fans who have been VERY supportive all along. They are the reason why I don't care much about critics.
Host: When will you tour Japan?
Cara: Soon actually, a tour is currently in works, I'm very excited to visit the world, Tokyo included.
Cara then wore a black outfit composed of a leather crop top with long sleeves and a high waisted pair of black shorts and large black boots. She had some red and green extensions attached to her hair. She performed her brand new single 'Honey' along with two dancers behind her who were doing a sensual choreography before a third male dancer arrived on stage and danced with Cara. Cara Delevingne's album 'Distant Horizon' is now available digitally on ITunes, amazon mp3 and other digital retailers and physically, and features the smash hit singles 'La Belle' and 'Honey'.

Earlier this week, Revolution Records released the official Remix EP and single for Céline Dion’s “Pu$$y Be Flamin’”, featuring Kuntaliciou$. (Remix), William Orbit (Orbit Breeze), Machinedrum (Intensity), DJ Mustard (DJ Mustard) and StarGate (Electrophyll). REVOLUTION RECORDS
iTUNES BANNERS
This week, Revolution Records secured two crucial iTunes banners for Céline Dion and Clare Bowen's singles- "Pu$$y Be Flamin'" featuring Kuntaliciou$ and "Black Roses". Last week, the Céline lead single debuted right outside the Top Ten of the CAL Chart, due to very low promotion. This week, Revolution Records has also booked barely any promotion for both artists. Revolution Records executive Georgie Skai commented on this matter: "We just want to reflect back on eras with everything to be realistic, of high-quality and of great reception." Going in-depth, it was also revealed that the label was more focused on awards and critical acclaim as opposed to sales and chart position. However, the label still wants each artist to be as successful as possible. With the debut of Clare Bowen's new single, the label is looking for a Top Fifteen debut with around one-hundred thousand units moved. And as for "Pu$$y Be Flamin'", a decline from one-hundred and fifty-five thousand copies to one-hundred and twenty thousand copies is expected; however, it would remain impressive considering not a single performance or interview has been booked for Céline nor Kuntaliciou$ this week. The label closed a deal with iTunes to have the main banner on the Pop page (for "Pu$$y Be Flamin'") and on the Country page (for "Black Roses"). Thanks to that, both of the tracks have been able to sustain in the Top Ten in their genres, with "Black Roses" surprisingly dominating in the Top Three on the Country chart. Although this week may be quite slow for the label, insiders confirm many things are on the way next week - including a remix single of "Pu$$y Be Flamin'" featuring M.I.A., a European Music Awards performance, and much more. You can purchase, or stream both of the singles now.

Miss Delevingne Visits Sukkiri
510 Words
Part of the Japanese series of promotional appearances, Cara Delevingne stopped by Sukkiri to perform her latest hit single 'Honey' which already charted last week as a promotional single. Cara Delevingne wore a purple strapless dress along with black boots and a black large hat for the interview on which she discussed her brand new album 'Distant Horizon' and the single 'Honey'.
Host: We now are live with Cara Delevingne! Welcome to the show and to Japan Cara!
Cara: Thank you I'm so happy to be here!
Host: You are everywhere those days, people even saw you on British Airways planes! Tell us about that
Cara: Well it was a deal that I signed a few weeks ago, I had to appear on a commercial of theirs and they would promote my music through those planes and through many other things and they even paid a certain part of those interactive billboards that my label put all around the city.
Host: Those are great, I saw hundreds of people rush around them once they were set up to purchase copies.
Cara: Yeah my label wanted me to have a unique kind of promotion that would turn eyes back to me to promote my music as much as possible and have the news spread around the world.
Host: Not only those billboards made the news, you recently announced you were Kendall Jenner, how was meeting her family?
Cara: Well actually it was quite simple, I thought it would be awkward with Cameras everywhere, but it turned out to be alright, there was cameras and everyone from the filming teams at their house for Keeping Up with he Kardashian but I didn't notice them as much as I thought I would. I think that part will appear in the show actually.
Host: Is it true E! asked you to have your own show?
Cara: Yeah that rumor is true.
Host: And did you accept?
Cara: Yes, we're actually filming a bit right now but it will start to air in a few weeks and not just right now.
Host: And what will you perform for us today?
Cara: The brand new single 'Honey'!
Host: Stay tuned ladies and gentlemen, Cara Delevingne will be performing her brand single 'Honey' taken from her brand new album 'Distant Horizon'!
After the break, Cara changed into a red bikini with lace detail and a see through cape coming along with it. Cara was wearing red Guiseppe Zanotti Design ankle boots and started to sing the RnB md-tempo sex song sitting on the middle of a large table which was placed on stage. Cara danced around it for a bit before starting a choreography with the metallic small and light chair which was next to it. The whole performance was performed by Cara alone without any dancers or back up vocalists, and the public appreciated the simple sexiness of the performance and critics applauded Cara's voice which was getting better and better. Cara Delevingne's brand new album 'Distant Horizon' is now available and features the single 'Honey'.

Ariana Grande’s “Heartbreak” music video gets #VEVOCertified in a record 6 days, lyric video breaks 25 million views, audio breaks 15 million views
523 words

THIS JUST IN: The music video for Ariana Grande’s latest single “Heartbreak” in support of her upcoming album Keep Me Close has reached 100 million views and is now officially VEVO Certified. The video had already gotten 25 million views in its first 24 hours. In fact, the video achieved VEVO Certified status in 6 days, which is one day fewer than the previous record holder, which was “Wrecking Ball” by Miley Cyrus at 7 days. This is no small feat. It is clear that Ariana is one of the biggest artists of our generation. She is bound to continue making an impact on the charts.
When asked about the record-breaking performance of the music video, Ariana said, “Wow. I just cannot even process this. First, it gets 25 million views in the first 24 hours. Then, it gets 100 million views in 6 days? And both are records? This is honestly amazing. I just have to thank my fans, Dick Clark Productions, Ryan Seacrest, ABC, YouTube, Vevo, and everyone who watched my video. Without all of you, this would not have happened. I’m so honored to have gotten this record! I hope to keep the momentum going throughout the coming weeks. Until then, buy “Heartbreak” on iTunes and pre-order Keep Me Close at Target!"
The industry acted favorably over this. Everyone was praising Ariana for this achievement. Magazines and newspapers are begging for Ariana to be on their covers. Beauty and fashion companies are also taking note in Ariana’s massive success by requesting her to be in their ads. Even restaurants are approaching her manager, asking if she can be the face of their respective chains. We got some opinions from fellow CAL artists: Avril Lavigne stated, “Even though we had a little misunderstanding, I love Ari and I love how she’s slaying now. Keep at it sis!” Zedd stated, “She’s a wonderful girl, and I hope she keeps the momentum going.” We also asked Becky G, but she and her label declined to comment for now.
In other news, the lyric video for “Heartbreak” has broken 25 million views. This is actually pretty amazing for a lyric video considering most seem to stall around 10 million views (usually because of the release of the music video). The lyric video also shows no signs of stopping; the video appears to be on its way to getting VEVO Certified status itself. We would’ve asked Ariana about this, but truthfully it’s not really necessary for a lyric video. We did attempt to ask Becky G about this, but she declined to answer this one as well.
Finally, the official Vevo audio for “Heartbreak” has also reached 15 million views. This is extremely impressive as usually few people actually watch an audio video if there’s a lyric video, let alone a full-blown music video. We did manage to ask Becky G about this news, and she said, “This is news? What kind of weak views are those? Becky Gsus would get eight times that amount just for audio alone! BYE!”
All these videos are doing well. We’ll keep you updated on the status of them.
Buy Ariana Grande's new single "Heartbreak" on iTunes, Amazon, and Google Play TODAY!
Ariana's new album Keep Me Close is now up for pre-order at most digital and physical retailers. A press release is coming soon.

Yeah, the thing is you can put this in articles to boost the word count and stuff but I don't really see full articles for such things since I could also just write an article title 'Cara Delevingne breaks ever record in the world: Sells over 100m albums within a week" (which is why it was banned previous seasons) it just doesn't feel right

Alright, I won't do that in the future. I'd remove it now but I already wrote and posted all that, so I don't really want to get rid of it unless I have something to replace it with, or if Egle says no

Cara Delevingne covers Numero Tokyo
528 Words
Promoting the brand new single and album, Cara Delevingne is on a large tour across the world performing the songs from her very critically praised album 'Distant Horizon'. While she stopped by Tokyo for appearances on shows such as 'Sukkiri' and 'SMAPxSMAP', we decided to pay Cara Delevingne a visit, as she is covering this issue. Cara Delevingne received us in a very luxurious penthouse hotel suit, at one of Tokyo's biggest and most luxurious hotels (Cara didn't want us to reveal which), which featured a gigantic saloon with a large TV, on which Cara played us the music videos of her singles, from 'Magazine' which went #1 all around the world, to her latest singles such as 'La Belle', which managed to reach #2 and 'Honey' which is a smash in the making. After she invited us for dinner, during which we were served some amazing platters, we started the interview. Cara discussed multiple topics such as:
Making Music:
It's sort of been a dream for me to make music. Like I mostly used modeling as a tool to get to music. I love modeling and acting but I prefer music over them. I've also met so many amazing people by creating music and built an amazing fan base by doing music. I can't ask for more really.
On dealing with hate:
I don't care about what anyone has to say about me really. I got a major boost in confidence earlier this year, which also helped a lot. But you just need to focus on the positives sides of your life to get over hate. Or at least that's how I dealt with hate.
On her album 'Distant Horizon':
The creation of this album was eye-opening: After it I really want to explore so many different genre sof music. I'm really excited to create new music. It's a whole different process it was so different then my debut, which was slightly rushed.
On making J-Pop:
J-Pop and other asian music is actually genres music I'd like to explore in the future for some albums or at leats a few songs.
On working with Drake, Mariah Carey, Charli XCX and Giorgio Moroder:
Giorgio Moroder is a real legend, working with him was so amazing! He put me in the mood to make music, I told him what I wanted to hear in the song and he created like a small base for the song and I started writing lyrics around it. Drake was incredible too, he helped me write the smash 'La Belle' so I thank him for that. Mariah is another legend and was really nice with me we worked on the 'La Belle' remix together, just like Charli XCX who appeared on another reix of the song and helped me write some of the lyrics on the album. She helped me with 'Kiss To My heart' and 'Behind Closed Doors' which are fantastic songs.
Cara Delevingne's brand new album 'Distant Horizon' is now available and features the singles 'La Belle' and 'Honey'. The Numero Tokyo Magazine issue featuring Cara Delevingne is now available. The article and interview was also added to the Numero Tokyo website.
