No, I think she doesn't look drunk either. She's just making sure the doors don't close on her, they snap shut right after she clears them. She walked into the elevator smoothly, too, without clutching anything. Also, she would not be able to walk so calmly and in a straight line to the car afterwards if she was drunk. She would automatically take the opportunity to lean on someone, especially when you're wearing stilettos.
I don't doubt that she may be a little tipsy, but I highly doubt she was
drunk. She would move so much slower and those were some very clean, precise punches and kicks, she's not just swinging wildly. If she was drunk, she'd be having some major tunnel vision and have a very hard time standing without swaying. She would have definitely hit Beyonce just from the blurriness of her vision, she's standing so close to Jay. She seems far too in control still, her actions are very deliberate and pretty well executed. She is either the most amazingly coordinated drunk on the planet, or she's just not drunk. Even when she's cussing him off with just his hands, that should rattle her balance substantially if she was drunk. It's not like she's holding anything really, she just has her hand leaning against the wall at one point. That would only be supporting her if she was swinging her body in that direction.. but since she's pointing her fingers and jerking her arm around in the *other* direction... she has too much coordination still.
She must have been absolutely LIVID and her buzz probably gave her enough courage to go IN on him. I don't doubt that the media will spin this into a drunken mess but nope, I have been drunk far too many times in heels and dealt with far too many drunken fights to accept this as simply a drunken disaster. I wouldn't rule out drugs though...
