She might not win for SOTY since its mostly given to the song that was most popular during the year,but make make one thing certain if she much as gets nominated she will win it.Also if we are really talking about song-writing and not focusing on popularity its the best written song on the list.

She'll obviously win ROTY Skyfall is one of the best productions i've heard since a long time really ..........

Wait she hasn't submitted for best pop solo ,thats like her category though hopefully its a mistake or hasn't been captured i'd be mad at her team if they didn't (Then again they probably wanted to give it a break seeing as she wins it so much)

Best song for visual media is uncontested i see ,could this be the first year that we have an un-challeged win (ha ha am guessing the other nominees haven't been [processed yet)

ROTY usually goes to popular songs and SOTY is the song-writing award, which she won an Oscar for, so if she gets nominated for SOTY, it's practically on lock.

umichgrad07 made a thread about Grammy submissions (the submissions were due last week I think) and Adele's people sent "Skyfall" in for Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Best Song Written for Visual Media (or whatever it's called), but no Pop Solo Vocal as far as people know. We hope she wins SOTY since she won the Oscar for Best Orignal Song!

Don't worry. If it's the first big test of the year, I always find those the hardest because you never know what type of stuff the instructor is going to emphasize, how they're going to grade, etc. Make sure to go over your test (if you're allowed) to see where you lost marks and try to improve on that for next time, and also talk to the instructor to see if there's anything else he or she would recommend. You can still go on ATRL though. I study law and I probably spend a bit too much time on the site but it hasn't affected my grades. I just try to be mindful of the time and limit it during certain important periods.

Its the other way around actually, SOTY goes to likely popular songs and ROTY usually songs not that popular.examples are mostly when the songs that win both these awards are different i.e (these are just a few from the past)

Ha its very easy to tweak a male voice to female or vice versa .Even my home theatre sytem can do it (you could even do it in the sound settings on your computer). Listening to SLY in a male voice is just sooo

ofc the professionals know how to do this better, and also Sam is such a "darling" if you know what i mean
