My only problem with having Yes as a single, is that I don't think she would have a killer music video with it. I think she would do something expected like a montage of wedding/proposal videos
But if she were to get engaged and use that as footage
jk I hope she leaves Wilmer eventually

Honestly I think any of the songs off the album can be a hit, it just depends on how the single is marketed and what mood the GP is in. I mean there have been all different types of songs that have been charting well recently. It is really all timing
I also think a big part of it is, her status as a celebrity isn't as high as some of her peers. I have always wondered how different her career would be going if she had been on So Random! longer. It was just a funny Disney show, but if it had ran longer she could have really cemented in her tweener fanbase and I think more people would have known about her (like parents or siblings)
I of course understand why she couldn't continue with the show, but it still make me wonder

I think she should release a ballad next, maybe even father. It's one of my favorites off the album and if she could perform it well at an award show, like the grammys
It could be her real break out moment
Main issue would be her performing such an emotional song on such a big stage if it were something like the Grammys
In my opinion, she should let Confident play out a little longer & then release the next single towards the top of the new year. Maybe release Yes as the third and final single. And then follow it up with a re-release lead single late spring/early summer just in time for the tour. I want another summer banger from Demi.. CFTS was such a great lead
