Really interesting, never understood it as a kid but knowing my references now I love it. It's a tengu! Could even be a kabuki reference. The mask, the mane of hair, the fan hands and those sandal feet. Such a niche but cool design. The way they made this little ball of Japanese mythos into a pokémon and made her counterpart... well, you know all about her counterpart. She needs a bit more speed to be really useful but her stats aren't bad. It has an impressively vast movepool too. Just cool design and concept and cool to use too.
Citrus is talking about some other **** idek, "Native American appropriation's vogue era." ...ok.
Phresh is distinctly lacking in culture, "Girl those wooden heels, serving pears in budget drag with twig legs and arms on show." Girl if you did drag you would serve Gorebyss shell bra.
