I doubt she is going to sing from The Giver because she is at the Grammy's because of the album Red, and the nominations it has received. So it makes sense for her to perform a track from that album.
Also there is no indication she is even on The Giver soundtrack. She may well be but if she was it still seems way too early to promote that film now as it is not out released for another 8 months.
I think it is normal to attempt to keep secret what song will be performed at award shows. It usually leaks a few days before, simply because you have to do rehearsals with all the camera crews and production team.
I think she will perform either Begin Again or something else from Red. Maybe Red, EHC or All Too Well. I hope she is going to sing All Too Well.
I don't think it will be a new single from the new album, because I don't think she is that far along with the album
