Well, surprisingly the cover has grown on me a little. Maybe she is trying to make an ironic statement with it or something? I don't quite get the whole vibe she has going on. It seems to be very rhetorical. I think it's the graphics that are the biggest problem though. The photo of Ke$ha herself is okay. I think the standard looks better than the deluxe though.
