I don't know either. Everyone I know LOVES it; I seriously don't know a single person in real life who dislikes it.
My guess is that her team is still trying to promote her other songs in an effort to maximize profit, like with how she never performs it by itself, but they should just let the other 3 singles die at this point.
Whatever the case, I think she'll manage to get some bigger hits with her 3rd era. By then, she should take it down a notch with the promotion though, and just try to focus on furthering herself instead of shoving her music down everyone's throats.
