The fact that they tried to "forgive" and "redeem" her was the most idiotic thing I have ever seen on a TV show. Ryan is a dumbass and he's lucky his team responded to the backlash and changed the course of the story, however messy and last-minute it may have been.

She was far from the only one. It applied to most of the characters; their arcs were either abandoned completely or had no proper resolve, including Delphine's. It wasn't because of him trying to change a real person. It was just poor story telling.

I agree with what you say, and I'm aware of the very alarming implications they were treading along with Delphine. However, from a strict storytelling perspective, they should've gone one way or the other. Either make her eventually accept race or make her a static character through the entire season. Switching halfway through is stupid.

It's just the story aspect I take issue with. If they had went through fully with Delphine's arc, the moral issues could be discussed and Ryan could be criticized.

I threw the theory out of Gaga playing a transgender, which I still do believe is entirely possible. I mean she has been tweeting lyrics from her Jo Calderone account on Twitter.

Any who.. Do you think it's possible Gaga will play a stripper/burlesque dancer, kind of a homage to her former self, and her struggle to fame.

I'm so thrilled to hear Kathy is coming back! The cast up until her announcement has made me feel luke warm about Hotel. Now I'm super excited

I appreciate they probably want to change things up a lot and get some new faces, but we need at least one or two recurring actors to return (preferably Sarah or Lily).

Also, am I like the only one that thinks Freak Show is good? Don't get me wrong, the character development was non-existent and it had major flaws, but I'd actually say it's ending was one of the best. The massacre at the freak show was pretty shocking tbh. I just hope they don't do what they did with Coven and Murder House, make an amazing series and then have the most anticlimactic ending.
