It's probably a combination of Ally using a hashtag promoting BO$$ for her follow spree, and the fact that a lot of update/fan accounts have been gifting a TON of copies tonight. Some accounts have allegedly gifted over 100 tonight
either way, it's still amazing for them...it's now been a whole week since it released and it hasnt dropped out of the top 30 and the only major promo it had was the Today performance and not much airplay. it may have only been a week but it's already got more longevity than, for example, that Shawn Mendes single and it even hit #1.
