She has no idea how to guide a girlgroup or artist in general. The Paradiso Girls, Girlicious, Matt Goss and also the new line-up of PCD all have problems with launching. PCD became a succes because Ron Fair and Jimmy Lovine where highly involved with it. She is basically only good in casting people and create an overall image, but the real business and music stuff, is not what she is meant for.

I can now see def. why Her Name Is Nicole got shelved eventually, her old manager (Jeff Haddad) was also manager for PCD, her singles did bad because of mismanagement, but they also ddin't give any profit, so I can see Jeff and Robin pressuring Nicole for a part since Robin's money probably went to dust at that time, so they basically gave Nicole the option to record Doll Domination with almost full control and it all backfired to Nicole when the whole "feat. Nicole" thing started, while Robin was probably also partly responsible beside the label

I was hoping she'd release it now and by appearing on the X Factor alone, is promo enough(Look @ Jessie J & Will.I.Am during The Voice UK) Will's single debuted @ #1 and Jessie's album moved to Top 5 again.

Considering how UK loves Nicole, she'd do well. And maybe perform her second single during the Live shows in November and release the album.. Simple.

I'm actually hoping for something different. "One More Shot" sounds perfect for US release.. Urban don't do well in the UK tbh. But who knows..
