I know it'll rebound with radioplay and a video (and probably end up at #1 for 5 or so weeks), but I'm stunned at how poorly this is doing so far. It's attached to two huge artists and it's an amazing song

Calvin Harris should not be considered "huge" here in the US.
To be honest, if it hits the Hot 100 top 10 it has done very well considering Harris hasn't had a T10 since summer 2014 with 5 misses in between.

? Calvin Harris' songs always struggled in US, no songs of him ever reached top5 but WFL (only 3 reached top10 on iTunes). EDM songs always do great streaming wise and bad sales wise.
This stayed top5 for 6 days, it's doing fine. Plus top5 is pretty close to each other.
Eternium sis, just because Rihanna is featured in it, it doesn't mean it should have a huge sales start. In fact, it's on track to be one of the biggest sales start of 2016, so it's doing quite well.
