It's not "sad". These older legends who pass are way beyond their prime/peak, so they obviously wouldn't be amongst the popular sellers of today frequently. Death brings memories and admiration, as well as exposure to those who didn't bother to appreciate their music in life - because of the very reason in my second sentence.
