I know what he meant lol, but that means only Smogon's Single OU Tier. He's not banned according to Nintendo.

But I see that, if he indeed gets banned and we're having a regular 6 vs 6 Single Tournament, I probably won't be using him if y'all have a problem with him.

I'm actually quite pressed GF made him that broken.
