The only thing that bothers me about the credits is the timing. Sarah, Evan, Michael & Frances all get enough screen time on their names, and there's enough space between them, but then there's a 10 second gap between Frances' title card and Denis', and then it rushes through Denis', Emma's and Finn's in (literally) 5 seconds. Angela, Kathy & Jessica's are rather rushed, too, but there's more focus on them due to the inclusion of the "with"'s and the "and".
Sounds like if Jamie even appears in Freak Show at all, it won't be until at least Episode 7. Although he does make it sound like she'll be appearing sometime in the series.
