Hopefully it'll be certified Diamond by the end of the year as a Christmas present to make up for no EDIAH
Also; I'm reworking the awards section of the OP and I'll probably get winebaldo to hopefully make some graphics if he's okay with it

What would be the total sales of the PRISM era if TEA and SEA were included up to this point?

10 digital track sales from an album = one equivalent album sale [TEA]
1,500 song streams from an album = one equivalent album sale [SEA]
and Kots i think your numbers are wrong

You can only count TEA and SEA after an album came out. Therefore you can't count any of Roar's sales and streams prior to the release of PRISM.

I did some research and I think I figured out a way to get rough estimates of current certifications. When I say rough, note that it is very rough and totally dependant on how popular the song is amongst US users in comparison to the rest of the world. But it appears to be somewhat accurate.
YouTube claims that 80% of its views come from outside the US, and given that Katy is global with the US being her main market, it's reasonable to expect about 20-30% of her views come from the US.
I couldn't find such a figure for Spotify, but I found a 2015 stat that claims 7% of the US use Spotify weekly and 10% use Spotify monthly. Finding 7-10% of the US population (as of 2014) and dividing this by Spotify's total users (approximately 100M) also yields an approximate percentage of 20-30% from the US.
This is quite a big range when dealing with specifics, so I've narrowed it down to 22.5-27.5% when making estimations. Here's an example using Roar and Dark Horse.
Roar
Sales: 6,110,000
Total VEVO streams: 1,214,863,954
VEVO streams (US estimate): 273,344,389 – 334,087,587
SES (from VEVO): 2,733,443 – 3,340,875
Total Spotify streams: 237,199,715
Spofity streams (US estimate): 53,369,935 – 65,229,921
SES (from Spotify): 533,699 – 652,299
Sales + Streams: 9,377,143 – 10,103,175
Actual Certification: 9x Platinum (9,000,000+)
Dark Horse
Sales: 6,080,000
Total VEVO streams: 1,240,228,100
VEVO streams (US estimate): 279,051,322 – 341,062,727
SES (from VEVO): 2,790,513 – 3,410,627
Total Spotify streams: 331,734,725
Spofity streams (US estimate): 74,640,313 – 91,227,049
SES (from Spotify): 746,403 – 912,270
Sales + Streams: 9,616,916 – 10,402,898
Actual Certification: 1x Diamond (10,000,000+)
As you can see, the estimated range is actually quite close to the actual certification. Dark Horse would be closer to the second value (27.5% US based) as DH had more US success, whereas Roar was more global (the stats based on 22.5% US input are more realistic).
We could probably use this formula to predict how close to certification some of her other songs are, I mean that's if anyone wants to. I just did it for This Is How We Do and it came out at approximately 1.6–1.7M certified units, so it could cross 2x Platinum soon.

That's awesome, Sam Can you do TD and LFN? I mean, I don't get it how the former can be 7x platinum and the latter just 4x
