Yes she signed on and is getting paid more money at that.
No one said she's never leaving vegas except for butthurt lurkers that wanted her to fail and she exceed and is getting paid more as their fave's tour gross continues to deplete in value.

I'm not sure that legendary status is a thing if you have a solo hit as of this year.
