Even for a middle evolution this thing is amazingly useless. It cannot do anything but struggle through those 10 levels you have it (or if you have taste, snatch a Dawn Stone and use it asap). I get why it's high, cus it looks like it has a dress and hair and blah blah blah. I don't really have the investment to throw insults at it or be funny about it anymore. It's just a shame this was above some really great pokémon.
