Squats and some of the other leg exercises will definitely help DAT ASS.
Oh, and a prominent user here on ATRL turned me onto the site. I like music discussion, and general discussion too. Before I typically went on facebook discussion boards..hence my atypical avatar of just my picture. Consider it a throwback to those days. Just because I don't consider myself a stan, doesn't mean I won't drag with the best of them.

Omg, thank you soo much.
Now I just need to build the guts to actually use the free weights.. Sometimes I think it's better to get a gym membership somewhere else because the school one is always so full
Now does it say I need to do cardio TWICE a day? Everything else seems good but I have no idea how I can fit cardio twice a day.. I am to lazy to go run early in the morning
And also, will working out a specific area once a week really help it a lot? I mean I am always scared i don't do enough for one area when I skip a day... I really need to figure that out!
I am gonna do my best to follow this and see how it works thanks

Gym membership is definitely a good idea. Most places are typically around 30-40 bucks a month. If you can afford it, I would recommend it, or perhaps try going to the university gym extremely early or late if it's too crowded for you.
In terms of the cardio, try doing it 4-5 times a week, whatever you choose to do. Put in about an hour and half each session. No need to do it twice a day.
Go ahead and do the routine as it states for the first week and see how you feel all around. Reasoning behind focusing solely on one area each day, is to allow that area after the workout to get plenty of recovery until you work it out again. What I might recommend is taking a few of the leg workouts that you like, and adding them to your Friday routine as well with the shoulders. Even though you're focusing on specific areas in the upper body, with some of these specific workouts, you'll still be working out other muscles as well. However, the legs you DEFINITELY don't want to sleep on, because you want to go for an even body shape all around. And plus, by working out your legs, you get the growth hormone and testosterone flowing even more in your body, which actually aids in helping your upper body muscles grow.

I always do cardio when I go to the gym just to warm up.. but I am already dead at 30 minutes dead Should I slow down the pace so I can do more minutes?
And ok, I think I can follow the thing.. but god hopes that I don't look like a fool when I do free weights... I will have to go early if I want to get those free weights cause otherwise I will never get them. Gym closes at 10 and it's full as **** till the end of that time

I haven't been out in 3 weeks again.. it's been so boring this summer. I hate it.
And now my boyfriend might be going out to the gay club for a second time in a row and it's pissing me off that I am again home and bored. ughh.. I am getting very sick of the same routine!
I'm heading to Halifax on Wednesday! I'm presenting my MA thesis (well, preliminary results ), and so many people I know are going! I'll be back on Sunday morning, but I'm excited.

I'm just going to miss my boyfriend
Thanks.
I am missing my fiancé. He is in Hong Kong for business. I have finished my 4th year at Uni!! Only two more years until I get my masters in Medicine. So annoying that I have start planning my wedding on my own.

If you're tiring out, I don't see any problem in dialing your cardio down a bit so you can go longer, since you're not training for any big race or event. Just try to do at least an hour to an hour and a half each session. And don't worry about looking like a fool! Everyone gets a little insecure in the gym sometimes, but the more you go there and train and get use to everything, the more comfortable you'll be. Do not care what other people think, just focus on getting what you have to do done.
