Rihanna did play guitar during her Rockstar 101 performance. Travis Barker said he taught her how to play guitar for her tour and performances and Rihanna can play drum too (Rude Boy video).
Rihanna edges them instrument-wise. Taylor, Katy, Ke$ha could never play drum.
Don't even go to singing, Rihanna kills their asses in that department.

POP stars don't have to write every single songs they sing Look at Beyonce, Rihanna, etc. They can contribute to the lyrical composition too.

There is nothing unique about any of them.
