Partial English Translation
ATRL Member's World Cup 2010
* 32 members.
* 8 groups of 4 members play the group stage.
* The first 2 members of each group go to the next round.
* There is a match for third place ( the two loser semifinalists).
Gameplay
* You just have to vote for the winner.
Rules of the Game (Group Stage):
01 .- The 32 players will be divided into 8 groups (the groups were organized by all the referees), from Group A to H.
02 .- You are not allowed to vote for the group you belong to, nor shall the referee starts the game, all other members can vote here
03 .- You can only vote once per game.
04 .- The match lasts two hours and will only start voting when the referee starts signal.
05 .- The match ends with the elapse of two hours, the referee close votes after that time.
06 .- All the votes received during the two hours of play will be considered, the referee will tell if a vote is invalid and why.
07 .- The top two from each group advance to the Round of 16.
08 .- In case of tie ( after the game concludes ) we will take one extra game, as long as you tie on points to qualify for the Round of 16.
09 .- Three votes amount to a goal every three votes they receive will be a goal.
Target (Group Stage):
01 .- Classify to the round of 16.
