The voters would have the option to vote 4 their 5 favs and 1 member to be added next week

Votes are counted and the top 20 is revealed

The members with the least quantity of voted gets removed of the list , while the member(s) with the most quantity of nomination is added on the voting list.

And you will avoid troubles with every week nominations
