That's how I pronnounce it. I use "Ger" a nickname from Gerardo, and I'm Venezuelan, so in Spanish you say it like "Her" instead of "Yer" from Gerard in English
Wow, this is really good! Technical issues aside, I really liked the dynamic of the podcast. I'm not very educated on how radio works ect, so hearing educated people talk on it is interesting to me.
I looove the Billboard Pop Shop Podcast, and this reminds me of it. Excited to listen in the future. Have y'all thought of putting this on the podcasts section on iTunes?

Since when did yall start episode 1
Episode 1 came out on July 19th. The amount of time in between episodes has varied a lot since then.
Now that we have added several panelists, though, starting with Episode 6 we should be able to put out podcasts more frequently as well as more consistently.
