I can understand Billboard not wanting to credit remixes just for 1 or 2 weeks anymore, but they need to come up with a consistent rule to determine who gets credited (for example if a remix gets over 50% for 3 weeks in a row they credit it. Or they could say over 60% of the points 2 weeks in a row. Or however they want to do it, but they need a rule that they can apply fairly to all songs, it's a bit arbitrary if they pick and choose what songs to do it with.

If "Sugar" were to hit #1 in a couple of weeks, wouldn't the song set a record the slowest climb to the top for a song debuting in the Top 10 and never leaving the Top 10? The song has already spent 9 weeks on the Hot 100 if I'm not mistaken.
