4-6pm EST.

4PM EDT would be the best for me because I want to watch a TV show and it starts at 5pm

Yeah 3-4 is fine as well, the impatient gorls would prefer 3 but I'm fine with 4.
Then again if you're going to announce noms for each category one-by-one then you might as well do 3 or 3:30 in case it goes slower than you planned.

Only BB I care about is the US one and possibly Canada's if the season premiere is good as it'll be my first time watching.
