Where is Rihanna? The most current and successful popstar nowadays who has achieved 8 #1 Hot 100 singles so far this decade, more than most artists achieve in their entire careers? They put Beyonce as #1? Who hasnt even gotten a #1 since George Bush was president of this country?

This list doesn't even make sense but of course ATRL would love it. So Rihanna has (according to Billboard) the #1 song of the decade and the #2 music video of the decade (thus far of course), yet she hasn't been a contributing factor to the decade? That doesn't even logically make sense.

It's also funny Beyoncé is #1. It's so frustrating to see how many publications kiss her ass. Should she be on this list? Absolutely, but she should not be #1 when the only thing she contributed this decade was a surprise album that really is only remembered because of its release rather than what was actually on the album.

Another piece of evidence that number ones do not get you into a legend seat. The truth is, Rihanna could sell 100M more singles than BEYONCÉ and she will never reach her level. Sales alone don't cut it.

Beyonce made a statement with 4 too. She could've sold out to the trendy sound on radio in 2011 like some of her peers did for the sake a few castaway hits but she stuck by her guns and now she's more reverred than ever b4 meanwhile the sellouts eg Usher have falling from grace despite having hits.
