Like I said, radio likes it so they're playing it. It may be the rumors of it being a single urging it, but neither Hilary or Hollywood confirmed Holiday as a single. Also, none of those stations are monitored by Mediabase either. So they can easily get away with playing it. I have no doubt some stations out there are playing it, it's just that none of them are big enough stations to actually contribute to the charts.
Weird that they're playing the remix instead of the original, though. It's also nice to see Mexican radio support for Duff as well! Especially for when it's not even a hit anywhere.
