At the very best you'd be talking about Best Score, Costume, Editing, Sound Mixing and Best Visual Effects, but I don't imagine any of them would get a nom. Best Adapted Screenplay is too much of a stretch too.
Acting, Directing & Best Picture are all of course impossible too.
I think the plot holes were pretty obvious even in the first movie when Havok, Cyclops' younger brother looked about the same age as Charles and Magneto

I just got back from watching it a second time. I don't know, I didn't love it like I thought I would but it's still pretty good. I want a new movie with the old cast to be honest now that things have been altered. I still think X2 is the best X-Men movie.
