My teachers from Iraq say that Saddam wasn't really doing anything, and if he did, it's much less than what the US did there. They went and destroyed everything so that Iraq is no longer a threat. There is no real government. Corporations run this world, no one other than raggedy leasers like those in Iran and North Korea still care about "honor." This is 2014, not 1905. It's not that easy. Unlike Japan, Iran has neighboring countries that would be affected by the bomb as well as radiation. Japan was convenient because of it's location, given it's an Island. Plus, Iran also has uranium so the effect of the bomb would be amplified.

Japan has no military force it's a pacific country ...

In fact only the winners of the World War 2 has strong armies and powerful equipment: USA, England and France.

US were still on good relations with Saddam when he was attacking people tho. They only turned him into public enemy when he became less cooperative with them.
