I dont have to wait till moday i can clearly see right now the video sucks. This is the video that was put out so until something else comes out there is nothing else.

LMFAO. Look at the drama that Britney causes with one video.
btw, for the idiots who say that she's only doing great because she is Britney, you're right, if you think that's negative then you're a dumbass. She's doing good because she delivered a great single and she doesn't need to promote her ass off because she's an icon and her name alone is her promotion. It took her alot to build that iconic name and now it pays her back with her little effort.
And if she was Cassie or anybody else ,she would've absolutely flopped becuase she's nowhere to Britney's stardom.
I think if anyone's to blame then it's the director for the disappointment of ONE scene , but as for Britney's part, she did her thing ,she shot several scenes , her energy was there and she was sexier than your mom.

no need to go there anywayz the video is pretty nice! but it gets kinda tiring of the same scene...the one that premieres on TRL on monday is supposed to have new scenes right?

I think if anyone's to blame then it's the directer, Jake Nava [the same one who directed Beautiful Liar] for the disappointment of ONE scene , but as for Britney's part, she did her thing ,she shot several scenes , her energy was there and she was sexier than your mom. |

I still think this video is good. The special effects are amazing. Like compare this to other typical videos out there....
There are worse videos out there, even with boring songs. I prefer this video anyday over any ROCK videos (yes I said ROCK, don't hate Johnny  ) The only downside to this video was "lack of scenes" BUT Britney was looking her BEST and she was having FUN. Did you guys not see her smile? Oh wait, you haters were to busy focusing on the one scene dancing on the pole part, my bad.
If you took the time to WATCH her dance you can see she is MOVING and SMILING and having FUN. She has a lot of energy in this video and she looks good. The Way I Are is pretty much the same thing/vibe. And if I remember, no one really hated on that? Because Timbaland isn't that HUGE (when it comes to Britney status) For once, can you guys stop focusing on her "comeback" video and watch the video for what it is? Geez. When I first watched this video, I was expecting something more, like when are we gonna see a new scene. But it never happened. After watching it again and again, I noticed things. Like Britney looking amazing and how she was smiling, something we haven't seen on Britney's face in YEARS. Britney's life was a trainwreck the past couple of years and it's rare to see her smile like that. Isn't that enough?
To end it off, stop being haters. Stop focusing on the video as a whole or her "comeback" video that we were all expecting. Focus on how much energy she put in it and how she's finally happy. Would you rather see her crying? Ok. And let's just say THERE are TONS of worse music videos out there, not just by Britney. So stop acting like this is the worst. This is just different and raw, something new to the music video biz. I'm actually proud Britney brought this type of video out. It's a step higher than the Way I Are video.
I'm done....and this might not even be the real video, so stop jumping to conclusions and stabbing her back. She's happy and that's all that matters to me.

I don't understand why people say she's still not giving energy, Sinista  , when I can see her working that damn pole. 
seriously she's smiling, having fun, and like Kevin said and I said a few hundred pages back this is pretty much "The Way I Are", but because it's Britney and she always surprises, whether it's good or bad, ppl are not satisfied.
As far as I'm concerned I like the video, and if it's the video so be it. It's #1 on the iTunes music videos, in less than 24 hours, and it has gotten good reviews despite being just one scene. Every magazine that previewed it gave it good reviews, and whether the haters like it or not, it's still promotion and will still keep people talking about her.
But LMAO @ Nancy Grace. She said the same thing many are saying here, but she's a natural bitch anyways, though I love her.

I dunno anymore. I have a feeling this kind of video will be more popular in the future thanks to Britney and Timbaland's "Way I Are" It's nice seeing a video with a lot of special effects and not some boring lame ass plot to watch. Don't believe me? Watch Sara Evan's "As If" It's about finding a perfect man, it's a good video but still....yawn, sometimes plots in videos are boring. It's nice seeing a dance club type song and watching a video where you see people just dancing.
Just imagine yourself in a club, with disco lights and lots of people surrounded around you all hot and sweaty. And they were playing loud music with music videos on the big screen. What would you rather watch/dance to while clubbing? A video like "Gimme More" or something with a plot. For some odd reason, I think I'd rather club to the video we saw on iTunes or "Way I Are" It just makes you "feel" you are part of the video and you want to club more.
I'm tired, Britney is ruining my life right now  It's 2:14am in the morning. I need to go to bed. But yeah, think about it guys. In a year, you'll be biting your words when this type of music production is very popular. It just takes time...that's all. So far we have two videos, "Way I Are" and "Gimme More" Perfect videos to go clubbing too. Unless you want to go clubbing to some other random video? Your call. I'm going to bed now. Peace out.

actually you do have a point the main reason i dont like the video is because i expected something better from britney spears i just though after that HORRIBLE vma failure, she would want to redeem herself in a way with a hottt ass video for gimmie more. who the hell is Nancy Grace?

Nancy Grace is a former defense lawyer, has her own TV show on Headline News Prime, aka CNN sister channel. It's in US in case you don't live here.
