I am well aware of the historical context of the n* word. But if the word is so vile that other races can't use it, why should blacks and lations be allowed to use it if it's that bad? The world's origin is disgusting and no one of any race should use it. You all are holding it against white people like they're still slave owners
Having two black children will probably minimize any backlash though. At the suggestion that Madonna is racist towards black people (which she is clearly not, but she's just ignorant about the N-word and its meaning and that she's not supposed to use it even as 'cute slang') her kids will be mentioned and it will be hushed up.
Or maybe she adopted them so they can be her slaves
I don't think her intentions were meant to harm, but merely to shock. She knew the reaction she would get by posting that. Either way, this isn't the first time she has said something offensive + ignorant regarding people of color.
Not saying what she did was right or that is wrong but you can't deny the power of Madonna the way she sparks conversation and shocks people 30 years into her career.
