This is Shakira's song though, not Rihanna's.
The Grammys don't let people promote new material unless it's a highly anticipated comeback like Gaga, JT, etc.
The only people I could see getting the "comeback" slot are either Adele or Coldplay and I don't think neither are releasing until after the Grammys.
